SJEB FC JUNIORS

We are pleased to offer FREE 4v4 festivals for U7, U8, U9 Boys & Girls as an introduction to our club.


We set up 4v4 fields, play music, and let the kids play. We do 10-15 mins of ball skills half way through the session.


Here's the stats regarding 3v3 and 4v4 games. 

4v4 Development Stats

  • Ball Touches: Players receive 400% to 500% more touches than in full-field games.
  • Game Actions: Compared to 8v8, 4v4 features 135% more passes, 260% more scoring attempts, and 280% more dribbling skills.
  • Intensity: 4v4 is more physically demanding, resulting in a 41.56% higher subjective perception of fatigue.
  • Increased Decision-Making: More frequent 1v1 situations.
  • High Repetitions: More chances to dribble, shoot, and pass.
  • Physical Conditioning: High-intensity, short-duration bouts, ideal for anaerobic fitness.
  • Involvement: Every player acts as an attacker and a defender

Player Registration

  • Open enrollment throughout the year, register any time.
  • You will be prompted to create a Playmetrics account.
  • Then go through the registration process.
  • We will then send an invite from "Playmetrics" to your email for you to accept.
  • Download the Playmetrics app to see the schedule.
  • RSVP for sessions and use the group chat.
  • Download Playmetrics on Google Play. login using username and password when registering.
  • Download Playmetrics app on Apple Store. login using username and password when registering.


Calendar

We use the Playmetrics app for team communication, schedules, etc.
Fall: Approx 10/12 festivals.
Winter: 10/12 training festivals indoor small-sided game & outdoor festivals.
Spring: Approx 10/12 outdoor festivals.


Spread The Word
The program is affordable and open to any player in South Jersey area, the more players the better the games and training sessions. Please spread the word in your communities, to your friends, family, neighbors, school friends, church groups, etc. Bring along any player who likes to play soccer.


7v7 Teams at U8 & U9
SJEB FC form full time U8 teams, we use our Juniors program to evaluate players who attend and form our U8 teams.
We also keep an eye out for talented players for our U8 and U9 boys and girls teams.
