Blaise holds his NJYS Y Certificate (2023), 11v11 License (2024), and currently completing his U.S. Soccer D License in August 2025. In the near future he plans on acquiring the C License. His approach blends technical precision with leadership skills developed through years of professional and civic service.
Beyond the field, Blaise brings extensive executive and community leadership experience as the Mayor of Little Egg Harbor Township (2023–2024) and current Township Committeeman (since 2019). His service includes advancing local initiatives focused on safety, wellness, and community engagement — values that directly shape his coaching philosophy.
Blaise is committed to fostering not only talented soccer players but also responsible, confident young leaders — helping each athlete reach their full potential both in sport and in life without taking the “fun” out of the game.
