Coach Alyssa will serve as the Head Coach of our U10 Boys Colonial Black team while also assisting with our U8 Girls Colonial Red team.

Alyssa’s journey with SJEB FC began in grade school, where she developed into a very accomplished player. During her youth career, she helped lead her 2002 team to multiple New Jersey State Cup Championships, multiple National League titles, a US Youth Soccer Regional Championship, and the 2018 US Youth Soccer National Championship.

She continued her playing career at Washington Township High School, where she was a four-year varsity player, before competing at Rutgers University–Camden.

Despite overcoming a season-ending injury during her sophomore year, Alyssa competed in three of her four collegiate seasons, demonstrating the resilience and determination that define her character.

Academically, Alyssa graduated from Rutgers University–Camden in May 2025 with bachelor’s degrees in History and Political Science. She is currently pursuing her Master’s in Teaching at Rutgers–Camden and is on track to graduate in May 2027, with the goal of becoming a high school history teacher.

In addition to her playing accomplishments, Alyssa is entering her second season as the Head Junior Varsity Coach for the Camden Catholic High School girls’ soccer program, where she continues to develop young athletes both on and off the field.

Bringing back former players who understand our culture and values is an important part of our club’s vision. Alyssa’s passion for the game, commitment to player development, and dedication to education make her an outstanding addition to our coaching staff.
