Kyle Norton - Harcum College Mens and Womens Assistant Coach
Kyle is a SJEB lifer, having played with the club for 12 years.SJEB being the only club he has played for. Kyle played with South Jersey Elite at U8, went through all the mergers from South Jersey Elite to South Jersey Elite Barons to then SJEB Rush, and now coaches SJEB FC. He won a National Cup with the club in 2018 with current coach in the club, Ian Simmons as his coach. Was coached by Don D’Ambra and Wayne Groccot as well in his youth career with the club.
Went to Williamstown High School, played for the varsity program all 4 years before going on to play for Tim Oswald at Rutgers University - Camden for 4 more years. Started his coaching career with Diamond Soccer in 2019. Started working camps with SJEB during this time as well and helping out here and there with the 2015 age group. Officially started with SJEB on the boys staff in 2022. Has been heavily involved with our 7v7 teams the past 4 years, coaching the 2016,2017, and 2018 age group. Kyle was also honored in 2025 on the list from EDP for Promising Young Coaches in EDP under 30.
Kyle currently serves as the Assistant Coach to Dave Hughes at Harcum College for both the Men's and Women's program. In Kyle’s first season as an Assistant at Harcum College, he helped the Men’s program win the NJCAA East District Championship and went onto the NJCAA D1 National Tournament in 2024. Harcum Alumni from that team have moved onto quality NCAA D1 programs such as Stetson, Manhattan, and Albany. Many others from that team have gone to top NCAA D2 programs and have been very successful.
