Rich Balchan. Rich received All Conference 1st Team Honors at Indiana University and was called up to the USA U-20 National Team before playing professionally for Columbus Crew, Real Salt Lake, Tampa Bay Rowdies, Pittsburgh Riverhounds, and the Ottawa Fury
- Excellent training, facilities, and administration while offering South Jersey’s talented soccer players a pathway to excel at the State, Regional and National level
- Based out of Atlantic County and play our home games at Tuckahoe Turf Farm
- Top flights of USYS National League & attend top national scale tournaments/college showcases including: Jefferson Cup, WAGS, PDA College Showcase, and VisitRaleigh.com College Showcase

MISSION STATEMENT
Our training objective is to promote the development of youth soccer players through age appropriate technical, tactical, physical and psychological training methods. To build a reputation for developing well rounded players using a positive environment focusing on improving ability, drive, responsibility, dedication, discipline, and commitment. To become the best developmental program in the region.
It is the objective of the SJEB FC SHORE to create the right environment for the elite youth soccer player to reach their own true potential. Our staff understands the importance of providing a solid foundation for the young players. The future development and success of a young player depends on receiving correct and relevant information at an early age. We have designed a curriculum that emphasizes age-specific technical skills combined with teaching them how to make tactical decisions on the field.
SJEB FC is a 501© 3 not-for-profit organization registered in the State of New Jersey and are a Premier Soccer Academy catering to the U7-U23 age groups. SJEB FC is committed to providing a comprehensive and progressive developmental training program for the serious soccer athlete.

SJEB FC have an affiliation with the Philadelphia Union Youth and their staff Andy Vanover, Dave Pettican, Anthony Flores. We also have a close working relationship with Head of their Junior Academy Paul Nash tho whom we recommend our most talented U7-U12 players.
