Coach Andy Bairner began his youth coaching career in Scotland with Dundee FC, where he developed a passion for teaching the game and helping players grow both on and off the field. He later returned to his alma mater, the University of Abertay, where he served as both Head Coach for the Women’s Field Hockey and Soccer teams.

In 2006, Andy moved to the United States and continued his coaching journey with several respected organizations, including UK Elite Soccer, the New York Red Bulls, and formerly the head of Youth Development at Mount Laurel United. Andy has since become an integral part of SJEB FC, where he currently serves as Head Coach for the 2012 USYS Girls, 2014 Colonial Pre-ECNL Boys, and 2015 Pre-ECRL Boys teams.

Andy is also the Head Coach of the Camden Catholic Varsity Girls Soccer Team where he is building a strong, competitive program rooted in teamwork, discipline, and culture. Under his leadership, the team continues to grow both on and off the field — developing players who compete with passion, play with purpose, and carry themselves with pride. His vision extends beyond wins and losses, focusing on creating a lasting foundation where every player feels valued, challenged, and part of something bigger than themselves.

A proud father of two players in the club, Coach Andy is known as the ultimate team player — committed to player development, community, and the long-term success of every program he leads.

“I’m not here to coach for a season — I’m here to build a foundation that lasts.” - Coach Andy
